Coedwig & Co. was built during a chapter of rage, burnout, overstimulation, and a growing realization that modern life has become profoundly disconnected from the things that help people feel grounded, connected, and human.
As the world continued to get louder and faster, Megan found herself craving what many others quietly wanted too: somewhere to exhale. A place filled with plants, conversation, tea, ritual, bodywork, nervous system support, and room to breathe without feeling like rest had to be earned.
That longing eventually became Coedwig & Co., a modern forest apothecary and ritual wellness space in Denver. Megan’s work draws from massage therapy, Thai bodywork, Ayurveda, Reiki, ceremonial practices, herbalism, and intuitive development, bringing physical, emotional, energetic, and environmental wellbeing into the same conversation.
Through bodywork, ritual, community, and wellness gatherings, Coedwig offers a slower, more personal approach to reconnecting with yourself and creating space for rest, curiosity, and intentional care.

Sometimes the best place to begin is with a cup of tea and an honest conversation. Custom tea blends can be created in real time around intentions like grounding, rest, relaxation, and seasonal wellness.
Come in, slow down, ask questions, explore the herbs, or simply stay for a while. Not every visit needs an agenda.

Offerings may include therapeutic massage, Thai bodywork, Ayurvedic treatments, intuitive guidance, and other supportive practices aimed at helping the body soften, regulate, and reconnect while providing essential nervous system support.
Megan’s approach to bodywork is informed by years of experience studying energetic practices and exploring the connection between physical tension, emotional stress, and the nervous system. Sessions are collaborative and personalized, focusing on what feels most supportive for each individual rather than adhering to a rigid formula, making them ideal for wellness gatherings.

The space allows room for ceremony, seasonal reflection, and slower moments of connection that are often difficult to find in everyday life. These wellness gatherings include New/Full Moon ceremonies, cacao ceremonies, cord cutting, space clearing, and other intentional practices focused on bodywork, grounding, reflection, and reconnecting with yourself more thoughtfully. These gatherings are designed to feel approachable, supportive, and human rather than overly formal or performative, providing vital nervous system support in our fast-paced lives.

Coedwig also hosts community gatherings designed to bring people together a little more intentionally, focusing on wellness and connection. Offerings include Wellness Wednesdays, tea tastings, seasonal events, workshops, and future collaborations with local artists, practitioners, and neighboring businesses within the community. These wellness gatherings aim to provide bodywork and nervous system support, creating opportunities for people to slow down, connect, learn something new, and feel a little less isolated in the middle of modern life.
